I had trouble asking for help in my  2017 campaign for the State Senate. Not this time.

I can use all the advice I can get, except for advice as to why I shouldn't run. I have lots of people giving me that advice. I feel called to make this crusade and am committed to seeing it through.

In my 2017 campaign for State Senate, I seemed to have trouble asking for help. The Democratic candidate in our district was appalled that I didn't ask for money from attendees at my announcement. There will be none of that this time around!  I have taken to singing the Temptations song "Ain't Too Proud to Beg" at every opportunity. 😊
