I Need Help!

Saturday, August 23rd, was a wonderful day! I walked with Legends of Pride and talked to countless number of people. I received all sorts of verbal encouragement. I felt on top of the world!

On August 24, I came crashing back to earth. I received no donations during the Pride festivities.

Of course, the Pride Parade was not about raising money, but the fact remains that I am woefully short of the $3500 filing fee.

Don't get me wrong. I have received 13 donations ranging from $3 to $250. I appreciate every one of these donations, but I obviously need to do something different.

I would greatly appreciate any advice people can provide. I can't in good conscience claim that victory is around the corner, nor can I change who I am and what I stand for.

Everything else is on the table.

It is too soon to panic. The deadline is December 1st. I have several opportunities to meet with voters and potential donors. That won't matter if I don't drastically improve my fundraising approach.
