An enthusiastic audience at the Austin Public Library rewarded the cast of Amaging with a standing ovation. Governor Sparkle had expressed concern before to the performance as the audience would be cold stone sober as opposed to the crowd at the Vortex, which freely partook of alcoholic beverages prior to the performance.
Other cast members assured Governor Sparkle that this would not be a problem, and that turned out to be the case.
This performance was part of Pride month at the library. The Austin Public Library is known for being the most LGBT friendly of any governmental agency in the 'Central Texas' Area. It remains committed to serving all Austin residents.
